Why Is Simple So Hard?

Something I wonder a lot is why the simplest things are so hard to do.
In reality, everything that is holding us back, we know the answer to.
Deep down, we have that feeling—that sixth sense of what to do—but why can't we do it?
Why do we stop, hesitate, or ignore that instinct?
We know the answer, and 9 times out of 10 it is simple, but we can't seem to just do it.
This mental block we have holds us back. It may be fear, confusion, or lack of need, but we just don't act.
If we break this pattern, though... imagine the life we could live.
