About

I firmly believe that our minds and bodies are interconnected and must function harmoniously to achieve optimal well-being. I work with individuals to cultivate this mental and physical alignment, helping them live each day with purpose and excitement.

While I’ve always been active and involved in sports, my journey into fitness began during college. As I pursued a degree in Respiratory Therapy, I realized that without the structure of a sports team, I had to motivate myself to work out. My prior experience in lifting was guided by coaches, but I had to learn to develop and follow my own workout routines. This led me to discover a passion for fitness, my participation in a bodybuilding competition, and ultimately earning my NASM certification as a personal trainer.

Throughout this journey, I also worked as a Respiratory Therapist and decided to further my education with a bachelor’s degree in Management. This academic pursuit allowed me to study effective productivity and personal growth. I have found that fitness has been crucial in managing the stress and transitions in my life.

I am committed to creating the best version of myself, one step at a time, and I’m eager to help you achieve the same.

"I am in my mid 50’s and started meeting with Antonia for personal training last spring. I had very minimal experience strength training and started from square one. She made me feel comfortable from the first time we met when we discussed my goals. I wanted to get in the best shape I could for a long hike in Spain.
