I think we all need to become more aware of flow state.
Flow state is when everything is just moving, time is paused, all feels right, and you are at peace.
Flow state is when you are not anxious. When you are not concerned about the ways of the world. When God, the universe, and you are all in align.
We focus so much on feeling certain emotions, happiness, excitement, love and whatever else, that we are unaware of how variable emotions are. Yes, they are great to feel at times, but they are temporary. Emotions come and go like the clouds in the sky.
But flow state...? Flow state can be maintained permanently.
When you are in flow state you are free. You then get to watch as emotions pass by good and bad and understand you are experiencing them, but they are not you. You are at peace regardless and the feelings you feel are not you.
This is flow state. This is what we should be working towards. Stop trying to always be happy. That is like expecting the weather outside to always be sunny.
You are setting yourself up for disappointment because your focus is misplaced. Start trying to always be in flow state. Try to always know you are at peace and your emotions are not you.
This is hard. But it is the most freeing way to live if you can attain it.
Educate yourself on this concept. Start working towards your flow state. Stop focusing on the temporary and start putting effort on permanent change.
