About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground meat of choice ( I use my deer burger)
Crispy pickles (pic below of what I use)
Blueberry goat cheese (any cheese you like)
Sweet Potatoes
Potato slayer seasoning
Preparation
Start with cutting up the sweet potatoes into slices or wedges if you prefer
Place slices into a bowl drizzle with olive oil and cover with seasoning
Place onto grill or in oven at 350 for 30 minutes
Split burger into the patty size you would like for each
Use seasoning of choice on burgers and blend in the fried pickles with the cheese
Once each patty is formed with the cheese and pickles blended in grill on each side I do about 5 minutes on each side
Once the burgers are done and the sweet potatoes are soft or crispy (your preference) place on plate, you can pair this with veggies of your choice or enjoy as is!
I top my hamburger with a peppered jelly, ketchup, or mustard but you can get creative with other options of your choice!
